WINE PROFILE
Varietal Notes
Cabernet Sauvignon from Horse Heaven Hills. Tank fermented and aged for 4 months.
Tasting Notes
The 2020 Dixie & Bass Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé is a pale salmon color with bright and savory herbal notes on the nose, with just a hint of cranberry. The wine offers an acid driven fore and mid palate, with fresh herb and pale red fruit character and a clean, crisp finish. Savor with fresh oysters, a Niçoise salad, or a festive mix of tapas, mezzes, or a charcuterie.
BASS: T’was a brave man who first tried an oyster…” DIXIE: Especially a Rocky Mountain oyster.
